pay day loan debt consolidation?
I have 12 pay day loans(I know, what were you thinking?) that I cant pay. I’m facing eviction from my apt soon. I’m considering signing on w/a a debt consolidation company .that specializes in pay day loan debt. Any posters w/excesive pay day loan debt that have been thru this , I would appreciate feedback. I want to pay back my debt, I dont want to get sued or have my part-time employment wages garnished.

Yeah, so you simply pay your debt.
I only see 2 options for you.
1 – get a 2nd and 3rd job
The 2nd option is one I have never suggested to anyone.
File for bk.
How is it even possible to get 12 payday loans? If this debt consolidation company asks for money up front, RUN.
I’d seriously consider bankruptcy at this point.
Consolidation companies require collateral such as a house or a car.
Sounds like you might be dealing with a scam company unless they tell you this upfront.
Rememeber that a loan company will never want money up front.
And if you ever see the words negotiation, or settlement company run far, far away.
Go to your library/bookstore and get a book on the bankruptcy laws in your state. That way you’ll be aware of what will happen during a bankruptcy.
