I need help with cash advance ? I have already paid $1000 as charges for a loan of $200.?

3 months ago, I applied for an online cash advance for 0 from 500 fast cash. Now the problem is I want to pay the money but I can’t figure out how. I cant find their address online. I don’t have their phone number. And if I google them they don’t have any contact information. I write them an email leave my phone number but I never hear from them. They are 500 fast cash.
They are charging me way lot of money. Based on the agreement they are charging 60 fee every two weeks. I have called them couple of times and they give a reason why I cant pay the loan. Sometimes they tell me I have to pay before 12 Local Time and sometimes they tell me it should be 4 days before the payday. And if I tell them it is not fair, they tell me to read the terms and conditions.
For a 0 cash advance they have already took 00 from my account.
What should I do? I need help? Is this a scam?

Did you read your agreement? You (apparently) agreed to pay $60 bi-weekly on a $200 loan, until paid? And you’ve been doing this for something like 34 weeks?

I suspect if you read the agreement you accepted, it will tell you the exact terms. If it does not, then it could be a scam.

If it DOES list those terms, then it’s not a scam per se, it’s called trolling for suckers.

Payday loans is a really bad seedy industry. They often prey on people in desperate situations. The annualized interest rate for payday loans are often in excess of 1000%.

If you have decent credit, transfer from your credit card. Another option is to try a people to people lending site like:

      Prosper.com
      Zopa.com
      VirginMoney.com

The rates are very reasonable on those sites. Whatever you do get out of that payday loan. They are legal but barely!

LIFE LESSON FOR EVERYONE: AVOID PAYDAY LOANS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

For you, I’d find a copy of the contract you signed.

If they’re an online cash advance, then I’d find a copy of the agreement you agreed to when you hit the "I have read and agree to all terms" button.

It’s not a scam if it’s in the contract.
While I agree fees for loans should be illegal, they aren’t.

      gaaaawd when will someone listen

yes it’s a scam and you need to search a little harder and find a contact number or whatever and ask them for a payout amount and find out how long is that good for?

and i hope you have learned your lessen and stay away from those places
